TrashDuty sends reminders and lets members of a household coordinate trash day and chores. Reminders are provided on a best-effort basis and depend on your device, browser, and the relevant push services; we can't guarantee every notification is delivered, so don't rely on it as your only reminder for time-critical matters.
A household is accessed via a private invite code; keep it among people you trust, and regenerate it in Settings if it leaks. You're responsible for the names and content you enter. Don't abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.
Free features are available during a trial period. An optional one-time purchase unlocks premium features for the lifetime of the service for that household. Purchases are processed by Stripe (web) or the relevant app store; store purchases follow that store's refund rules.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed reminders, missed trash pickups, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update the service or these terms; continued use means acceptance. You may stop using TrashDuty and delete your household at any time from Settings.
